Polyethylene foam is a material that can come in many different densities, can be cross-linked or non-cross-linked in various ways, its internal structure and even its purpose, depending on your needs.
The great popularity of this material makes it readily used for protection during transportation and storage of goods. CNC foam milling is carried out in compliance with ecological standards, as this foam is more environmentally friendly, compared to polystyrene, and is completely recyclable.

What does foam milling involve?

Foam milling is a machining technology using specialized CNC plotters.
It is a modern method that allows us to achieve complex and precise product shapes.
We perform both simple 2D milling and more advanced 3D milling, which allows us to create complex, three-dimensional shapes.

Thanks to modern CNC milling technology, we are able to manufacture a wide range of products to suit customers’ diverse needs.
Our equipment is configured specifically for processing foamed plastics, which allows us to achieve excellent quality and excellent repeatability of products.
The large working range allows us to work with sheets as large as 120×200 cm.
We successfully complete large-size projects.

We perform 3D and 2D plastic milling to a specific shape and size, based on previously prepared graphic files.
We carry out orders based on a template sent by the customer, but on request we can also prepare the design ourselves.
Thanks to foam milling, we can create small batch projects, large series, and even unit orders (e.g. prototypes).

Milling of artificial materials is particularly justified in the implementation of highly variable projects, since this technology does not require the making of punches and dies each time.
Therefore, this method reduces the cost of the entire project, while speeding up the process of making the finished product.
During milling, the material is properly clamped to the table using a special vacuum table.
This solution immobilizes the raw material and, as a result, allows for higher quality machining.

3D milling with versatile applications

We perform milling of plastics, such as PE foam (both uncrosslinked and crosslinked.
We process foams of all types: rigid technical foams, very delicate protective foams or versions with antistatic properties.
Modern technology allows us to produce a variety of accessories used in many industries.
Due to its rather rigid surface and high density, polyethylene foam is perfect for making protective elements and various types of packaging.
Thanks to milling, we are able to produce a very precise and repeatable form with an aesthetic finish.

Transport separators made by us allow to protect even heavy, bulky articles with non-standard shapes.
