EPS polystyrene is otherwise known as foamed polystyrene.
The plastic is obtained by foaming with steam polystyrene granules containing petroleum ether (porophor).
This material is formed by closed cells of rounded shape, inside of which is polystyrene foam.
Between these cells there are voids, which can be seen at the turn of the polystyrene foam.
